Ricotta and radish mini bagels make a great appetizer any time of year. Simply spread ricotta on mini bagels, top with thinly sliced radishes, and drizzle with olive oil and a squirt of lemon juice.
If desired, you can also top these with fresh parsley. If you don’t like radishes, substitute mini cucumbers instead.
What does the title even mean by “store bought-items”? Where else would groceries typically come from?
Jess: As opposed to ordering pre-made stuff from Edible Arrangements, or hand-picked from your own garden or at a local farm store or from your freezer that you made from scratch last summer? Not all groceries come from a supermarket.
