Delicious Chocolate Cake for Mother’s Day(4 of 6)

Ingredients

• Butter, ½ cup
• Semisweet chocolate, 4 squares 1 oz. each
• Cocoa powder, ½ cup
• 3 eggs, beaten
• White sugar, ¾ cup
• Vanilla extract, 1 tsp

Preparation

1. Set the oven to preheat at 300 degrees F. Prepare a round cake pan, grease it and dust it with cocoa powder.
2. Add butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt together in microwave or double boiler. Stir in cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Stir well until combined.
3. Pour into the greased pan.
4. Set to bake for 30 minutes.
5. When done, remove from microwave and let cool.
6. Slice it up and top with your favorite melted chocolate and serve warm for best flavors.
