Peanut Butter & Chocolate Muddy Buddies (2 of 6)

Ingredients

• 9 cups chex cereal
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

1. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; combine and stir
2. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth
3. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated
4. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
5. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated.
6. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
7. Store in airtight container in refrigerator
