8) Berries, Cream, And Jello Salad (8 of 8)

Ingredients
- 1 box of raspberry jello
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 can of pineapple (crushed and undrained)
- 1 can of blueberry pie filling
- 1 packet of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- Blackberries
Preparation
- Combine boiling water and jello in a bowl.
- Stir the jello until dissolved.
- Add the crushed pineapple, cream filling, and stir to combine.
- In a pan (9X13), pour the mixture into it and put in the fridge for 5 hours.
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and beat.
- Divide the jello mixture into each plate and top it off with blackberries.
