Raspberry Flavored Pretzel Salad(6 of 8)

Ingredients
- 2 cups of pretzels (crushed)
- 1 1/2 cup of butter
- 8 oz. of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of Cool whip
- 2 packets of raspberry flavored jello
- 2 packets of frozen raspberries (thawed)
- 2 cups of hot water
Preparation
- Pour melted butter over the crumbled pretzels and over the 1/2 cup of sugar.
- With a spoon, press the ingredients down to the bottom of a greased pan (9X13).
- Bake it for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Allow it to cool down for 20 minutes.
- Combine 1 cup of sugar and cream cheese.
- Fold in the whip cream and spread it on top of the pretzel crust.
- Pour raspberry jello mixture in boiling water.
- Add in the fresh raspberries and allow it to cool for 20 minutes.
- Add the cream mixture on top of it.
- Allow it to cool overnight.
- Slice it into squares and serve.
