Cheesecake With Jelly(4 of 8)

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup of graham crackers (crushed)
- 4 cups of milk (cold)
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 1/3 cup of margarine
- 2 packets of softened cream cheese
- 2 packets of lemon pudding mix
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine sugar, crumbs, margarine, and mix.
- Press the mixture down on the sides and bottom of a square pan (9 inch)
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese.
- Add in 1 cup of milk and mix.
- Add rest of the pudding mix and milk and use a rotary beater to beat it for a minute.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Allow it chill for 3 hours and serve with whip cream.
