Ingredients
- ¼ cup of all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup of milk
- 1 ½ cups of white sugar
- 4 packages of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 15 crushed graham crackers
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C and grease a springform pan of 9 inches.
- Take a medium sized bowl and mix together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press this on the bottom of the springform pan.
- Take a large bowl and mix together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Blend in the milk and then mix eggs one by one. Mix the sour cream, flour, and vanilla in until it has become smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for around an hour and then turn off the oven so that the cake can cool while still in the oven. Allow this to happen for about 5 to 6 hours so that cracking can be prevented. Chill the cake inside a refrigerator until you serve.
