Ingredients
- 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of softened butter
- ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of white sugar
- ½ cup of butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. take a square pan of 8 inches and grease and flour it.
- Take a large saucepan and melt the ½ cup of butter in it. Remove this from heat and then stir the 1 teaspoon vanilla, eggs, and sugar into it. Beat in the baking powder, salt, ½ cup flour, and 1/3 cup cocoa. Spread the batter in the pan.
- Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes but take care not to overcook.
- For frosting, combine together 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, honey, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, and 3 tablespoons of softened butter. Stir this until it becomes smooth. Frost the brownies while still warm.
