Ingredients
- 600 grams of rhubarb (cut into pieces)
- 5 Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup of caster sugar
Crumble
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of coconut
- 65 grams of butter (unsalted)
Preparation
- Combine the castar sugar and rhubarb in a pan and put it over low heat to cook for about 15 minutes.
- Peel and slice the Granny Smith apples and add them to the pan. Cook it for about another 15 minutes.
- Pour them into ramekins.
- Make the crumble by combing all the dry ingredients together. This will form a breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breadcrumb mixture on top of each ramekin and bake it for about 356 degree Fahrenheit.
- Serve it with ice cream or fresh cream.
