- Roasted Turkey Breast
- Sliced Avocado
- Bean Sprouts
- Mayonnaise
Preparation
Slather creamy mayo on two pieces of farmhouse bread, then top the bread with Swiss cheese, roasted turkey breast, sliced avocado, and heart-healthy bean sprouts. Feel free to substitute grilled chicken for the turkey.
This turkey sprout sandwich tastes amazing hot or cold. If you prefer the sandwich hot, place it in a skillet drizzled with olive oil and heat each side for 1 to 2 minutes on medium. Serve with a side salad or a bowl of soup.
