Ingredients

  • 4 large-sized eggs
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Milk, ¼ cup
  • Ground black pepper, 1 tsp
  • Butter, ½ tbsp

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and eggs with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place a large pan over low-med heat. Add butter and melt. Stir in the egg mixture and cook. Continue stirring and scrape and cut the egg up while cooking.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until no liquid can be seen.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
