Ingredients
- 4 large-sized eggs
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Milk, ¼ cup
- Ground black pepper, 1 tsp
- Butter, ½ tbsp
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and eggs with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a large pan over low-med heat. Add butter and melt. Stir in the egg mixture and cook. Continue stirring and scrape and cut the egg up while cooking.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until no liquid can be seen.
- Serve and enjoy!
