Shamrock Rice Krispie Treats(5 of 5)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 5 cups rice krispies
- Green food coloring
- White or green sprinkles
- Shamrock cookie cutter
Preparation
- Melt butter over low heat in large sauce pan.
- Add mini-marshmallows and continue to stir until melted.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in rice krispies.
- Coat cereal with mixture.
- Place rice krispie treats in a buttered 9×13 pan.
- Flatten with a buttered spatula.
- Place a bit of butter around the edges of the cookie cutter, then push down on the rice krispies.
