Snickers fudge requires some effort, but we’re convinced you’ll think the work is totally worth it once you taste the finished product.
Ingredients
First Layer
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, either sweetened or unsweetened
Second Layer
- 4 tablespoons of softened butter
- 1 cup of granulated white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme or 1 bag of melted marshmallows
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
Third Layer
- 14 ounce package caramel cubes
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Fourth Layer
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, either sweetened or unsweetened
Snickers fudge contains 4 different layers. Each layer has to be heated over medium-high heat before being poured on top of the previous layer. The first layer should be poured on a lined or sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan.
Refrigerate for a couple hours before slicing into squares. Garnish with crushed Snickers bars on top, if desired.
