Ingredients
Turkey Breast:
- White pepper
- Salt
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 4 leaves of sage
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 rosemary sprig (stripped and chopped)
- 1 4-lb turkey breast (cut in half)
Turkey Legs:
- White pepper
- Salt
- Maple syrup for garnish
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 4 leaves of sage
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 2-lbs turkey legs (thigh attached)
- 1 rosemary sprig (stripped and chopped)
Preparation
- Rub turkey breast with white pepper and salt
- Bag them and use a sous vide machine to seal them and cook them for 140 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Take out the turkey breast and roast it in a pan with sage, butter, rosemary, and garlic
- Rub turkey leg with white pepper and salt
- Bag them and use a sous vide machine to seal them and cook them for 167 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 hours minutes
- Take out the turkey legs and roast them in a pan with sage, butter, rosemary, and garlic
- Serve
