Ingredients

  3. 24 oz. beer
  4. 2 tsp of spicy mustard powder
  5. 1/4 cup of canola oil
  6. 1/2 tsp of ground smoked cumin
  7. 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  8. 1 tsp of smoked Spanish paprika
  9. 1 tsp of garlic (granulated)
  10. 1 tsp of dried onion (chopped)
  11. 1 10 lbs. turkey

Preparation

  1. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit on one side
  2. Pour beer into a ceramic liquid holding stand
  3. Combine garlic powder, mustard powder, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt into a bowl
  4. Remove the giblets, neck, and excess fat from the bird
  5. Wash the turkey with cold water and pat dry
  6. Use 3 tsp of spice mixture to rub the cavity of the bird
