Ingredients
- 12 cups of assorted fruit
- Juice of two limes
- 1/3 cup honey
- 10 mint leaves, finely chopped
Preparation
- Place fruit in a large bowl and mix with your hands, taking care not to squeeze any of the fruit.
- Combine lime juice, honey, and mint, then pour over fruit.
- Refrigerate fruit salad until serving.
