Chocolate Cereal Treats(2 of 6)

Ingredients

• 2 cups mini-marshmallows
• 2 tbspn unsalted butter
• 1 tbspn cocoa
• 1/4 tspn vanilla extract
• 1/8 tspn salt
• Cooking spray
• 3 cups grain cereal
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Combine marshmallows, butter, cocoa, vanilla, and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl.

2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

3. Remove bowl from microwave; stir with a large rubber spatula coated with cooking spray until smooth.

4. Stir in grain cereal.

5. Stir in chocolate chips.

6. Coat 1/4-cup measuring cup with cooking spray. Lightly pack measuring cup with cereal mixture; drop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet (you should have 15 cookies).

7. Freeze 8 minutes or until firm.
