Ingredients
- Frozen or fresh raspberries, 1 cup
- Frozen or fresh cherries (pitted), ¼ cup
- Frozen or fresh strawberries, ¼ cup
- Frozen or fresh blackberries, ¼ cup
- Ginger (grated), 2 tsp
- Lemon juice, 2 tsp
- Honey, 1 tbsp
- Almond or rice milk (chilled), ¾ cup
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth. Drink it up half a glass at a time, throughout the day.
