Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Lightly grease or spray baking dish
  • Rinse fish and pat dry.
  • Combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, pepper, thyme, and parsley in small bowl if you desire
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until done
