  4. 2 tsp of spicy mustard powder
  5. 1/4 cup of canola oil
  6. 1/2 tsp of ground smoked cumin
  7. 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  8. 1 tsp of smoked Spanish paprika
  9. 1 tsp of garlic (granulated)
  10. 1 tsp of dried onion (chopped)
  11. 1 10 lbs. turkey


  1. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit on one side
  2. Pour beer into a ceramic liquid holding stand
  3. Combine garlic powder, mustard powder, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt into a bowl
  4. Remove the giblets, neck, and excess fat from the bird
  5. Wash the turkey with cold water and pat dry
  6. Use 3 tsp of spice mixture to rub the cavity of the bird
  7. Use canola oil to brush the body of the turkey, put the turkey drumstick side down on the stand, and rub any remaining spice mixture
  8. Place the turkey on a stand on the colder side of the grill
