This fruit salsa with cinnamon chips is the yummiest snack that you can prepare any time.

Ingredients

  • White sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Strawberries – 1 pound
  • Raspberries – 8 ounces
  • Peeled, cored, and diced apples – 2
  • Peeled and diced kiwis – 2
  • Fruit preserves (flavor of your choice) – 3 tablespoons
  • Flour tortillas – 10 (10 inch)
  • Cinnamon sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Butter flavored cooking spray
  • Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Mix apples, kiwis, raspberries, strawberries, fruit preserves, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray one side of each tortilla with butter spray, cut in to pieces, arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
  • Spray with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes and cool for 15 minutes before serving with the fruit mixture.
