Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 cup of chopped and cooked ham
  • ½ cup of chopped onion
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 pounds of thinly sliced and peeled potatoes
  • I can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

  1. Place your sliced potatoes inside the slow cooker.
  2. Take a medium sized bowl and the mix in the ham, onion, and shredded cheese together.
  3. Mix this with the potatoes inside the slow cooker.
  4. Use the same bowl and mix together water and condensed soup.
  5. Season this to taste using pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Pour this evenly on top of the potato mixture.
  6. Cover this and then cook on high hear for about 4 hours.
  7. Easy clean up can be ensured if you use a liner inside your slow cooker.
