Ingredients

  • ½ or more cup of butter, according to your need
  • 4 pounds of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dill weed
  • 1 cup of dry red wine
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 4 cubes of beef bouillon
  • 4 cubes of chicken bouillon

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the beef and chicken bouillon cubes within boiling water placed inside a bowl. Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, dill and red wine to it and stir so that these can be combined together.
  2. Arrange the mushrooms at the slow cooker’s bottom. Pour the broth mixture on top of the mushrooms and top this with butter.
  3. Cook this for about 12 hours on low heat.
