If you like peanut butter, apples, and grapes, you must prepare this pre-workout snack at home.

The combination of your three favorite things will make you forget that you are on a diet, as low-calories foods are not suppose to taste this good.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
  2. 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
  3. 1/2 apple
  4. 2 oz. of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  5. 6 grapes

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, yogurt, and cinnamon and put it aside.
  2. Slice the apple, making 6 slices.
  3. Take off each slices’ core.
  4. Slice the grape in half.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture over each apple slice and place two grapes on top of them.
  6. Eat.
