Ingredients

  1. Roughly chopped 6 large tomatoes
  2. Trimmed 300g green beans
  3. Cubed 100g feta
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a pan, boil some water.
  2. Once the water starts to boil, add beans and cook for 4 more minutes.
  3. Check to see if the beans are tender and drain them.
  4. Now mix the beans with the tomato and feta in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with black pepper.
