If you cannot eat those creamy ice creams to avoid the guilt of gaining weight, it is best you try a vegan ice cream recipe. This Nutella banana ice cream is vegan and a completely guilt-free dessert that you can enjoy anytime you like.

This ice cream is also quite easy-to-make, so you don’t need to head to the restaurant to enjoy a creamy chocolate and fruit ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa nibs, for garnish
  • 2 to 6 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ⅓ cup Nutella (preferably Paleo)

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces.
  2. Place the bananas into the refrigerator to freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Once the bananas are completely frozen, add them into a blender with the Nutella and coconut sugar.
  4. Blend the ingredients at high and continue to scrape the sides of the glass.
  5. Once the mixture turns smooth, take it out in a bowl and garnish with cocoa nibs.
  6. You can also place the ice cream in the refrigerator and enjoy it later.
