8) Cucumber Feta Dip(8 of 14)
- 2 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 C (16oz) Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped, and squeezed dry in a kitchen towel
- 1 C (8oz) crumbled feta
- In a glass bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve with raw veggies of your choice and enjoy the refreshing flavors.
