5) Gluten-Free S’more Cookies(5 of 10)
Bring the campfire to your kitchen with these gluten-free s’more cookies.
- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, then add egg whites and vanilla. Mix until thick and glossy.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Top with additional mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers, if desired.
