If you want to prepare an easy and different salad this time around, cook this healthy salad full of green veggies.



  1. 3/4 pound of mesclun
  2. 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  3. 1 tbsp of sherry wine vinegar
  4. 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard
  5. 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
  6. 3/4 tsp of salt (kosher)
  7. 1/8 tsp of ground black pepper
  8. 1/3 cup of olive oil


  1. Wash the vegetables in the sink with cold water.
  2. Place the vegetables in a bowl of water and fluff them to clean off the residue.
  3. Place the vegetables in salad spinner to dry them.
  4. Place the vegetables in a bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and put it in the fridge.
  5. To make the vinaigrette, combine lemon juice, mustard, garlic, sherry, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix.
  6. Gradually add in oil.
  7. Toss the vegetables in 2 tbsp of the vinaigrette and mix to coat.
  8. Serve.
