Ingredients

  1. Black pepper
  2. 2  eggs
  3. 1/4 tsp of salt
  4. 1 tsp of heavy cream
  5. 1 tsp of butter (unsalted)

Preparation

  1. Add butter in a pan and place it over low heat
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, until its fluffy
  3. Season the eggs with black pepper and salt
  4. Add cream and mix to combine
  5. Put the eggs in the pan, cooking them over low heat for 15 minutes and stirring occasionally
  6. Place the eggs in a plate and serve
