This ooey, gooey spinach and artichoke dip is the perfect accompaniment to sliced veggies, bread wedges, and crispy crackers.
Ingredients
- 8-ounce package of cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, rinsed and chopped
- 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves, chopped, or half a package of frozen spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or high for 1 to 2 hours.
