Trail mix typically has a ton of small pieces, which can get messy when you’re on the go. We solved that problem by creating chocolate clusters.


  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/4 cup of trail mix, either homemade or store bought
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut


  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and melt chocolate, then squeeze onto wax paper in small circles.
  2. Top with trail mix and coconut. Let harden for approximately 20 minutes.
