  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp of cornflour combined with 1 tbsp of cold water
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 10 oz. of beef tenderloin (sliced into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 chilies
  • 2 tsp of black pepper
  • 6 garlic cloves(chopped)
  • Boiled garlic rice


  1. Place the beef cubes into a bowl, add garlic cloves, black pepper, sesame oil, salt, and toss to combine.
  2. Marinate the beef in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce into a bowl.
  4. Heat a pan over high heat, add the oil, the seasonings, and fry the beef in it.
  5. Add the chilies, the three sauces, and fry to coat the beef with them.
  6. Remove the pan from the stove.
  7. Combine cornflour and water in a bowl.
  8. Add the cornflour mixture into the pan.
  9. Add the butter next and toss to coat the meat.
  10. Serve over a bed of garlic rice.
