3) Beef Steak With Creamy Ranch Sauce (3 of 6)

Craving for a juicy beef steak? This amazing recipe is the perfect way to marinade a juicy, soft beef steak. Serve with creamy ranch sauce and enjoy the delicious flavors.
Ingredients
- Beefsteak, 2 pieces (1 lb each)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp
- Olive oil, 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce, 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp
- Salt, ¼ tsp
- Honey, 1 tsp
- Ground chili pepper, to taste
- Paprika, 1/8 tsp
- Tamarind paste, 2 tbsp
- Prepared ranch sauce, ½
Preparation
- Start with mashing the garlic in a small mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, paprika, honey, and ground chili pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Add tamarind paste and mix again.
- Pour the mixture in a zip lock bag along with the beefsteaks and seal tight.
- Rub the paste on the beef surface evenly. Set for marinate for 8 hours to overnight in a refrigerator.
- To cook, spray a grill pan with cooking spray.
- Add steaks and cook undisturbed for 6 minutes. Flip and continue cooking on the other side too.
- When it reaches desirable level of doneness, remove and serve in a platter.
- Divide ranch sauce and top on each of the steak. Serve with garlic break and grilled veggies on the side. Enjoy!
