Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp of spooned and leveled all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp of salt (kosher)
  • 8 peaches (sliced into 1/2-inch-thick wedges)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 6 tbsp of butter (cold, unsalted, and cut into cubes)
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 scoop of ice cream

Preparation

  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add peaches, 2 tbsp of flour, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Place them onto a baking dish (8-inch).
  4. Combine 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of flour, baking powder, butter, and salt in a food processor and pulse, until they become coarse.
  5. Add cream and pulse one more time.
  6. Drop the batter on top of the peaches.
  7. Place the baking dish on top of a rimmed sheet.
  8. Bake for about 60 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
