Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tbsp of tarragon (dried)
  • 2 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of ginger
  • 2 tbsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp of thyme leaves (dried)
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of oregano (dried)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 8 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Combine salt, black pepper, flour, ginger, tarragon, thyme, mustard powder, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl and mix
  2. Add the milk and egg in a bowl and whisk to combine
  3. Soak the chicken in the flour mix, dip it in the egg, then in flout again
  4. Set the chicken aside for 10 minutes
  5. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  6. In a pan, heat the oil over medium high heat
  7. Soak the chicken in the flour mix again
  8. Cook the chicken in the oil until both sides turn golden brown
  9. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes
  10. Serve
