This recipe is the easiest and best way to make tender, mouthwatering salmon in foil. All you need is 30 minutes to prepare this quick dinner for you and your family. So follow the recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Honey, ¼ cup
  • Garlic (minced), 3 cloves
  • Soy sauce (reduced sodium), 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
  • Seasoned rice vinegar, 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (freshly grated), 1 tbsp
  • Sriracha, 1 tsp
  • Salmon fillets, 2 lbs
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds, ½ tsp

Directions

  1. Set the oven to preheat at 375 degrees F. prepare a baking sheet and line it with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together garlic, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, pepper, and sriracha.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the baking sheet and fold it up on all sides. Spoon the mixture over the salmon and cover the foil entirely. Your salmon should be packed.
  4. Set to bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven, carefully open the pack and broil for another 2 minutes until salmon is slightly charred and caramelized.
  5. Remove from foil and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve immediately.
